We want you to LOVE your GlowPulse™ device. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

✔ Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All accessories, cables, and packaging are included

  • You have proof of purchase

✔ Non‑returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used LED masks

  • Opened skincare products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

✔ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

✔ Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it immediately at no cost.

✔ How to start a return

Email us at support@glowpulsepro.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged)

We respond within 24 hours.
